Please read before buying a sponsorship. Packages and prices are on the sponsor page.
Scope
These terms apply to every sponsorship bought from AI Agents Board. By paying, you agree to them. Questions first? Email sitop@mail.grokbot.com.
What you get
Weekly Slot: one week in the newsletter sponsor block (once the newsletter launches) and the site's sponsor placements.
Launch Pack: a Weekly Slot plus a bilingual (Chinese and English) launch post written by us.
Launch Post add-on: one post written by us and kept on the site.
The price is whatever the sponsor page shows when you pay. Prices rise $25 after each sale; orders already paid are not affected. There is one main slot per week, and we confirm the exact week with you by email.
Always labeled as sponsored
All sponsored content is clearly labeled "Sponsored". We never present paid content as an editorial pick or a ranking.
Sponsorship never affects rankings
The weekly ranking is based only on public signals (such as GitHub stars) and our published method. Paying cannot put a tool on the list, move it up, or remove or lower anyone else.
Our right to vet and refuse
We review every sponsor and their content, and we may refuse any sponsorship, for example scams or suspicious products, claims we can't verify, illegal content, malware, or content irrelevant to readers.
Copy, links, and assets you provide must be accurate, yours to use, and not infringe anyone's rights. We may ask for changes or make light edits for format and clarity. Launch posts are written by us and stick to the facts; we don't promise only positive coverage.
Payment
Payment is in US dollars through Stripe Payment Links. We do not store your full card details.
Refunds
Full refund: if we reject your sponsorship, or can't run your slot in the agreed period, you get a full refund (or a reschedule if you prefer).
Before it runs: email us before your slot starts and we can reschedule or refund.
After it runs: no refunds once the slot has started running (or the launch post is published).
We don't guarantee any number of clicks, visits, signups, or sales.
Changes
We may update these terms; changes don't apply to orders already paid.
